Can’t Log In
Login passwords are case sensitive, so if your password is “pAssWorD” and you enter “password”, the system will not validate your details correctly. Login details may not contain spaces. If you are having trouble logging in, please refer to your registration confirmation email to check that you are entering your details exactly as you specified when you requested registration with us.
I have forgotten my Username or Password
Please check your confirmation email. A copy of your login details are automatically sent to you by email when you register with us. You can also reset your login details by using our “MY ACCOUNT” tab.
Your user name is the email address that we received when you filled out the Franchise form and that we used to create your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “My Account” or submit and email to email@example.com and request an email change.
Slow Website or can’t Access
- Some parts of the site do not load quickly. – This is due to poor internet connection. Verify you have a good connection. Try loading other websites.
- If you are having trouble with your current web browser, please make sure it is updated to the latest version. If it is the latest version, please try logging in on a different browser to see if that fixes the login problem. Sometimes, problems are caused by corrupted browser cache. To fix this, try clearing your browser cache and then restarting the browser.
